Topic: Insurance Fraud - Crimes Committed by the Insurance Industry 

Chief Rick Wagnon is the Director of the Anti-Fraud Unit at the Oklahoma Insurance Department (OID). He has served the last three Insurance Commissioners in this role while also representing the State of Oklahoma on the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) Anti-Fraud (D) Task Force. He is a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and holds designations as a Professional in Insurance Regulation (PIR). Rick earned as Master of Science degree in Management and is state certified as an Advanced Peace Officer, Advanced Instructor, and Oklahoma Police Chief Executive.
